These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 8hhh platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and promotional services. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Access to and use of the 8hhh Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 8hhh. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances accrued through the use of multiple Accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). 8hhh will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify us immediately at support@8hhh.asia.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the ordinary course before final closure. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements will have those Bonus Funds forfeited upon closure.
8hhh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) eligibility requirements have not been met; (b) the Account has been used in breach of these Terms; (c) fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity has occurred; or (d) a self-exclusion or responsible gaming intervention is warranted.
8hhh is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all Members before permitting withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before permitting deposits above specified thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Documents must be submitted as clear, unmodified digital images or scans. 8hhh may reject documents that appear altered, obscured, or illegible. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal verification request may result in account restriction until verification is completed.
8hhh accepts deposits from the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface and may vary by payment method.
All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 8hhh does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder is not the same person as the registered 8hhh Member — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. 8hhh does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transfer fees.
Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within 5–30 minutes during WIB business hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally processed instantly. 8hhh accepts no liability for delays attributable to your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have: (a) completed the KYC verification process; (b) made at least one qualifying deposit; and (c) met any applicable wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds claimed. Real Money Funds are withdrawable at any time subject to the conditions in this Section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit or to any verified payment method registered in your name. 8hhh does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with your verified identity.
8hhh targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours during WIB business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays may take up to 24 hours. These targets are operational goals, not guarantees, and processing times may be affected by bank cut-off times, e-wallet system availability, or additional verification requirements.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed within the Platform's withdrawal interface and may vary by payment method. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above the displayed maximum may be required to submit multiple transactions or contact support to arrange a manual withdrawal review.
8hhh reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of additional verification, review of recent betting patterns, or investigation of suspected fraud. Members will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request and given a reasonable opportunity to provide requested documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 8hhh are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before those funds (and any winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and expiry period are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
Bonuses are issued for recreational play. 8hhh reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associ ated winnings where we determine that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: operating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer multiple times; betting patterns designed solely to release Bonus Funds with minimal risk (e.g., hedged betting, opposite-side coverage); or colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus conversion. Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated Accounts permanently closed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active per Member at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
All bets placed on the 8hhh Platform are governed by the specific rules of the game, sport, or market type selected. Detailed rules for football betting, live casino games, togel draws, slot games, and other products are published within the Platform's help and rules sections and form part of these Terms by reference.
A bet is not considered valid until confirmed by the 8hhh system and recorded in your Account history. In the event of a technical error or software malfunction that results in incorrect odds, incorrect stake acceptance, or incorrect result settlement, 8hhh reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. This includes situations where live odds are displayed after an event has already commenced or a significant event has already occurred within the match.
8hhh settles all bets based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, FIFA, the official togel draw authority). Settlements are generally completed within minutes of the event's conclusion, but complex or disputed results may require additional verification time. 8hhh's settlement decisions are final except where a clear and material error can be demonstrated.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or relocated, bets will be settled in accordance with standard market rules published for that sport. Generally, bets on postponed events remain valid if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, stakes are returned. Togel bets placed on a specific draw date that does not occur are void and stakes returned.
8hhh reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per market, or per day. These limits are displayed within the Platform's betting interface and vary by sport and market type. Any winnings that exceed the maximum payout limit will be paid up to the stated limit only.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and all funds forfeited. 8hhh reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
8hhh provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8hhh disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8hhh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8hhh is not responsible for: delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, telecommunication failures, or government actions); inaccuracies in third-party data feeds (e.g., live score providers, odds data providers); or losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials.
All content on the 8hhh Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations — is the property of 8hhh or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The 8hhh brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are owned by the operator of 8hhh and may not be used without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
8hhh reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8hhh is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is not successful, you may pursue formal dispute resolution through the appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
